Details:

TICKETS:

Spring 2010 ticket price to be announced .  Available tickets may be purchased at the Carnegie Science Center ticket counter in the main lobby.

LOCATION:

The RiverQuest dock is located near Carnegie Science Center, next to the USS Requin submarine.  The dock is accessed via the pathway along the river, adjacent to the Science Center's main parking lot.   Look for the tall vertical RiverQuest sign.

PARKING:

Customers are able to park in Carnegie Science Center lots, based on availability.  THERE IS A CHARGE TO PARK in Science Center lots. 

REFUND POLICY

Due to the seasonal nature and limited capacity of these trips, tickets are not refundable unless the trip is cancelled by RiverQuest.  Trips proceed rain or shine.  RiverQuest must reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a trip due to severe weather or prohibitive river conditions.  If a trip is cancelled by RiverQuest, customers holding tickets to that trip will receive a full refund.
